Weizhong garage turntables are engineered to optimize parking space efficiency for residential developments and commercial facilities. Built for compact garages and indoor showrooms, these rotating platforms reduce the need for multi-point turning in confined areas, lowering the risk of vehicle body scrapes during maneuvering.
Equipped with a patented Pin-Gear drive system and German NORD motor technology, the platform delivers stable rotation with low noise and vibration. Its low installation profile and customizable surface options allow seamless integration with existing garage floors, supporting one-button vehicle positioning.
The turntable has a 305mm installation height (excluding top surface), suitable for both new construction and existing garage retrofits. Five diameter options are available to match different space dimensions, adapting to varied site layout requirements.
Driven by the Weizhong patent Pin-Gear drive system, the unit uses 0.75KW or 1.1KW German NORD motors and gearboxes with CE and UL certificates. This drive structure ensures even load distribution during rotation, supporting long-term frequent operation in parking and display scenarios.
The standard control box includes on/off buttons, a clockwise/counterclockwise selector, a stop button, and variable speed adjustment. A Sweden Tele-Radio remote control system is included as standard, enabling remote operation from a distance.
For residential developments and commercial sites with limited area, the turntable eliminates extra space reserved for reversing lanes, allowing more parking spots within the same footprint. It also supports flexible vehicle orientation adjustment in showrooms.
Full platform rotation removes the need for repeated reversing in tight areas, reducing the chance of collisions with walls or surrounding facilities. This applies to both daily residential parking and commercial vehicle display operations.
The energy-efficient motor assembly delivers low power consumption during operation. It supports multiple power input standards to adapt to different regional power supplies, reducing long-term running costs for facility operators.

Two steel coating options are available: rust resistant paint with primer, or hot-dipped galvanized treatment for higher corrosion resistance. Top surface materials include 18mm plywood, 4mm checkered steel plate, and 6mm checkered aluminum alloy, selectable based on load needs and site design.
For specialized project requirements, additional control functions such as PC control, motion control, and stop position control can be added. Custom diameter and load specifications are also available for dedicated commercial applications.
The civil and electrical installation must follow the approved project drawings. A 15mm clearance must be maintained between the rotating platform and the surrounding fixed floor to prevent contact during operation. For pit-mounted installations, the pit floor must include a 1:100 drainage slope toward the designated drain outlet or sump to prevent water accumulation around the motor and electrical components. Signal and control cables must also be routed separately from motor power cables and must not share the same conduit, helping reduce electromagnetic interference and unstable control signals.
The turntable is designed for compact parking spaces, with diameter options from 4 to 6 meters. Custom size adjustments are available to match specific garage dimensions and project layouts.
The supported vehicle weight depends on the selected model, platform structure, and top-surface configuration. Standard configurations are available with rated capacities from 4,000kg to 8,000kg. For concrete-top models identified by the suffix “C,” the 7,000kg gross load includes the self-weight of the concrete surface, so the effective net vehicle payload is 4,000kg. Vehicle weight must be checked against the net payload rather than the gross structural load before operation.
While developed for residential parking, the turntable also adapts to commercial applications such as vehicle showrooms and small public parking garages, supporting regular daily operation.
